I’ll get to know your plans, bring all the moving parts together and take over the practicalities in the lead-up to your wedding. From final supplier communications and detailed timelines to overseeing the set-up and managing the day itself, I’ll be there to make sure everything comes together as planned.

I join you six weeks before your wedding, taking over the final preparations and the day itself.

- A detailed handover and planning meeting
- Review and refinement of your wedding day plans, logistics and timings
- Creation of a comprehensive wedding day timeline, covering set-up through to close
Final preparations
- Full supplier liaison, briefing and final confirmations
- Coordination of supplier arrivals, deliveries and set-up arrangements
- Coordination of final styling details with florists and hire companies
- Liaison with your venue team to ensure everyone is aligned with the plans for the day
On the day
- On-site coordination from approximately three hours before the ceremony until the first dance or equivalent key moment, overseeing timings and the smooth running of your celebration
- Management of suppliers and venue staff throughout your coverage
- Direction and support for guests and your wedding party, ensuring everyone knows where they need to be and when
- Troubleshooting and contingency management, quietly handling any unexpected issues behind the scenes
- Dedicated support for you both throughout the day, ensuring you feel truly looked after and free to enjoy every moment
I’ll work with you to ensure your plans are clear, your suppliers know exactly what’s expected and every detail has been considered before the big day arrives.
How it works
Six weeks before
I join you six weeks before your wedding. We’ll arrange a detailed handover, where I’ll go through every plan, booking and idea you have, so I know your wedding as well as you do.
The final weeks
I’ll refine your timings, build your full wedding day timeline and take over supplier communications, confirming arrivals, set-up and every last detail with your venue and suppliers.
Your wedding day
I’ll be there on site from set-up to party time, managing suppliers, keeping the day flowing and quietly handling anything unexpected, so you never have to.
