01What wedding planning services do you offer?

I offer Full Wedding Planning, Wedding Day Coordination and Bespoke Planning Services, with each service designed around a different level of support.

Whether you’d like me to guide you through the entire planning process, bring structure to the plans you’ve already made, or take care of the final details and coordination, my approach is always tailored to you and your priorities.

If you’re unsure which service would suit you best, I’d be delighted to hear about your plans and recommend the most appropriate level of support.

02Will we still be involved in the planning process?

Absolutely. Your wedding should reflect you as a couple, from the overall atmosphere to the smallest personal details. My role is to bring your ideas together, offer considered guidance and manage the practicalities, while keeping your priorities at the heart of every decision.

Whether you enjoy being involved in every detail or would prefer to entrust more of the planning to me, I’ll adapt my approach to suit you.

03What makes Jessica Laura Weddings different?

My approach combines meticulous organisation with a thoughtful, personal understanding of what matters most to you. I take the time to get to know each couple, understand their priorities and create a wedding that feels considered, personal and entirely their own.

From the initial ideas through to the final details, I’m personally involved in bringing everything together, with proactive communication, careful planning and a genuine investment in your experience. You can expect a planner who cares just as much about how the journey feels as the wedding day itself.

04Will you be there on our wedding day?

Yes. Wedding day coordination is included within my Full Planning and Bespoke Planning Services, as well as being available as a standalone service.

I oversee the schedule, liaise with your suppliers and manage the practical details behind the scenes, helping everything unfold as planned. From coordinating arrivals and timings to overseeing the finishing touches, I’m there to bring all the preparation together so you can be fully present with each other and your guests.

05Do you work with marquee and private-home weddings?

Absolutely. I work with couples planning weddings in a variety of settings, including private homes, marquees, dry-hire venues and countryside estates.

These celebrations often involve additional logistical considerations, from coordinating deliveries and suppliers to overseeing set-up, layouts and the finer details that bring everything together. I’ll help you navigate these moving parts, ensuring the practical planning receives just as much attention as the overall look and feel of your wedding.

06Do you work outside Shropshire?

Although I’m based in Shropshire, I work with couples across the UK. I’m happy to travel for weddings in a location that’s right for you, whether that’s a countryside estate, a private family home or a distinctive venue further afield.

Travel and any necessary accommodation are factored into proposals where applicable, so these arrangements are clear from the outset.

07How much do your services cost?

My services are tailored to the level of support your wedding requires, with starting fees to help you establish whether we’re the right fit.

Full Wedding Planning starts at £4,500 or 10% of your overall wedding budget, whichever is greater. Wedding Day Coordination is priced according to the requirements of your wedding (starting at £1,500), while Bespoke Planning is quoted individually to reflect the specific support you need.

For further details, please visit my Services page. Once I understand more about your plans, I can provide a more detailed quote tailored to your requirements.

08When should we book a wedding planner?

Ideally, as early as possible, particularly if you’d like support with venue selection, supplier sourcing, budget management and the overall design of your wedding. Booking early means I can guide you through the key decisions from the very beginning, helping to shape your plans as they take form.

However, if you’re already halfway through the planning process, it’s never too late to seek support. Many couples reach a point where they’d benefit from an experienced pair of hands to help bring everything together, navigate outstanding decisions or take care of those final planning stages. My Bespoke Planning service is ideal for this, offering tailored support in the areas where you need it most, wherever you are in your planning journey.

Availability varies by date, so I’d always recommend getting in touch to discuss your plans and explore how I can help.

09How do we get started?

The first step is to get in touch via my enquiry form, email (info@jessicalauraweddings.com) or WhatsApp (+44 7398104653). We’ll arrange a call or Google Meet when it suits you, so I can learn more about your wedding, hear what you have in mind and understand where you’d value support.

Following our conversation, I’ll recommend the most suitable service and provide a tailored proposal for you to consider. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish whether we’re the right fit, with no pressure to commit.
